Shipping & Returns


Orders placed weekdays before 1pm are shipped the same day, orders placed after 1pm or on weekends are shipped the following business day. Please note that all time estimates are business days.

Shipping fees

  • DHL Service Point (1-3 days) - Free
  • DB Schenker (2-4 days) - 29 kr
  • Best Transport Home Delivery (2-4 days)  - 99 kr
  • Airmee (1-3 days), available for certain postal codes - 99 kr

Shipping costs for your order will not be refunded.

Uncollected parcels

If the customer fails to collect the sent items and Myrqvist receives the package in return due to a customer error, a fee of 180 kr is charged if Myrqvist is to send the package again.


Exchanges & Returns

If you wish to exchange or return your order, please visit our return and exchange page (powered by Yayloh), from there you can submit your request and receive a shipping label for you to send back your order free of charge.


If you would like to exchange an item, you can follow the instructions on our return and exchange page, from there you’ll receive a return label to ship back your original order.

Shortly after, a store credit will be sent by email so you can place a new order, that way there is no need to wait for the original return to reach us.

Exchange & Return Policy

You can exchange items 60 days after receiving your order. You can return items for a refund within 14 days of receiving your original order, returns and exchanges are free of charge*.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it and in the original packaging without damage. We reserve the right to refuse a return.

* Please note that the free return policy does not apply for discounted items. For items on sale, an administrative fee of 199 kr will be deducted from your refunded total.

Some items cannot be exchanged or returned, including but not limited to:

  • Engraved Products
  • Made-To-Order (UK 5, 5.5, 12.5, 13 on regular styles are excluded)
  • Shoes with signs of wear
  • Items with removed tags

Please Note

Please be observant when trying on bought shoes and make sure you try them on a soft and smooth surface, preferably a soft carpet. If the shoes have marks and scratches on the sole or too visible creases on the upper part they will not be eligible for a return.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be exchanged or returned.


Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. Please make sure they are packed up properly and can't get damaged during transport. If the shoe box is damaged we reserve the right to charge a repackaging fee.



All payments are secure and encrypted through the service provider.


The purchase amount will be charged to your card once your order has been placed, payment is handled by Shopify Payments.


You can choose to pay with invoice through Klarna up to 30 days in arrears without any fees or to split your payment. Klarna is then responsible to send out your invoice and can take out a fee if your payment is not paid on or before the due date.
