When is the last day to place an order for delivery in time for Christmas?
Last day is December 21st (depending on you chosen shipping option), see shipping options when checking out. If you are shopping later than the 18th, we recommend express shipping.

What is the delivery time?
It generally takes 1-3 business days for your order to arrive within Sweden, but this also depends on what shipping option you chose. The lead time is a few days longer for engraved products. 

Can I change my order?
If you have received an email that your order is shipped it can not be changed. But send us an email at support@Myrqvist.se and we'll see how to solve your issue!

*Are all accessories 30% off?
When purchasing shoes all accessories (except for Saphir Products) are 30% off, the discount is automatically deducted in the checkout. 

What are the shipping & return costs?
Shipping & returns/exchanges are free of charge within Sweden using DB Schenker. 

How long is a purchase valid for a return/exchange?
You have 60 days from your order date to ship back your order, as long the product isn't used or damaged, see our full return info here.

Can I return engraved products?
Yes, all order placed until December 24th are eligible for return. See our full return policy here.

I wish to make a return, how do I proceed?
Please contact our support staff at support@myrqvist.se if you wish to arrange a return. The staff will guide you through every step of the simple process.

What size should I choose?
No matter if you shop for someone else or yourself our recommendation is the same: Check the size on similar shoes you wear, generally it's the same size in shoes as a similar model from an other brand. Need more help? Call our size expert 073 503 56 07.
